Full video: Inside a slaughterhouse in Suffolk, UK

On Tuesday 4 September 2018, following issues that animal rights advocates had previously experienced at a slaughterhouse in Suffolk, United Kingdom, a surprise vigil was organised.

The activists remained peaceful and were able to bear witness to a truck carrying baby chickens to the slaughterhouse. The next truck did not stop, and the activists were seemingly unable to bear witness.

However, two activists were able to follow the truck in an attempt to document the last moments of these young animals. In so doing, they found themselves in the slaughterhouse itself.

This is what the activists saw.
